2. The Event
The Pombal Moto Fest is a motorcyclist meeting held at
Praça Getúlio Vargas, Centro — Pombal, PB, on 17, 18 e 19 de Julho de 2026. The organization reserves the right to change
dates, location or programming upon prior communication via the official channels (website and

3. Registrations
Registration is free and is intended for participants who wish to confirm their presence at the
event. Correctly filling in the data is the responsibility of the registrant. False or duplicate
information may result in the cancellation of registration without prior notice.
The organization may refuse or cancel registrations at any time, especially in case of:
- Invalid, incomplete, or duplicate data;
- Behavior incompatible with the spirit of the event;
4. Image, Disclosure, and Data Use
The event is photographed and filmed. By registering and accepting these terms, you authorize the
use of your data and images captured in common areas of the event (streets, square, stage) in
promotional materials of Pombal Moto Fest, including social networks and printed materials.
Your public profile (name, city, club, and photo) may be displayed on the event platform. By
registering, you consent to this use. If you want to request the removal of your profile, please

5. Support to the Event
The event accepts voluntary contributions via PIX. Collected funds are destined for the production
and maintenance of Pombal Moto Fest. Participation in the event is not conditioned on any financial
contribution. Confirmed contributions are non-refundable.
6. Conduct
We expect all participants to act with mutual respect. The organization reserves the right to
remove from the event anyone who presents inappropriate or discriminatory behavior or who puts the
safety of others at risk.
7. Liability
The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged objects during the event, nor for
accidents resulting from participation. The event will have a security team on-site, but each
participant is responsible.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available
on this page. Continued use of the website after changes implies agreement with the
new terms.

type of participation, rode a motorcycle;

Automatically generated: registration date/time, check-in logs.
2. Purpose of Use
Your data is used to:
- Manage your registration and confirm presence;
- Display your public profile on the event platform;
- Send communications about the event and future editions;
- Ensure accessibility support during the event;

- Other purposes related to the organization and promotion of Pombal Moto Fest.
