Raffle Distribution Rules

1. Nature of the Distribution

The giveaway distribution held during Pombal Moto Fest is exclusively a free distribution of prizes/gifts as a courtesy to the motorcyclists and registered participants present at the event. It is not a commercial raffle subject to the contest, lottery, gift-voucher, or similar arrangements set out in Brazilian Law No. 5,768/71, as it is not conditioned on the purchase of goods or services.

2. Conditions of Participation

To be eligible to receive gifts during the event's activities, the participant must:

• Have their registration confirmed in the event's official system.
• Be physically present at the venue (check-in completed).
• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or be accompanied by a legal guardian.

3. Distribution Dynamics

The organization will use internal tools solely to randomly select eligible participants (present at the event and duly registered) to whom the gifts will be offered. The call will be made through the event's official sound system.

If the called participant does not come to the stage within 2 (two) minutes, they will lose the right to the gift, and a new participant will be called.

4. About the Gifts

The gifts are promotional items offered by the organization and partner brands. They are personal and non-transferable, and may under no circumstances be converted, in whole or in part, into cash, or exchanged for other products.

5. General Provisions

Members of the organizing committee are not eligible to receive gifts. Cases not covered by these rules will be resolved in a sovereign and unappealable manner by the Pombal Moto Fest organization.
